HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY !

Please take a few minutes this weekend and remember why we have this holiday. Remember those men and women who have given their lives and those that are still fighting to give all if us the freedoms that we have here in the United States of America. We have off of school and most have off of work so that we can remember and think about how blessed we all are. No matter how bad it is in our own lives, it could be worse....look in any direction and there is someone that is worse off or struggling more than you; so be happy, don't count your problems...count your blessings...somehow we are all blessed!!

  • See you on Tuesday the 26th, the last work week for 8th graders.
  • If you still have DSTP to finish you have Tues. and Wed. to get 'er done!
  • ELA - Everyone will take the "Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry" final exam on Tuesday. If you haven't finished the book be sure to finish it this weekend.
  • Math - Everyone will be working on Benchmarks W/T/F
  • Social Studies - Everyone you will present their power point slide show, are you ready?
  • Science - A few of you have to retest, be sure to get it done during any day of workroom
  • Thanks to everyone in the entire school that made tie-cards for Mr. Mears. It was a beautiful site to see everyone in line giving him their congratulations and respect. He is a wonderful man and is very deserving of retirement. PCA will miss him!
